• Using AI-generated outputs as assistive insights, not as sole decision-making evidence
• Maintaining oversight of your internal use of our technology and outputs

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hadero AI’s Services to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or replicate Hadero AI systems or models
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription quotas, billing systems, or licensing controls
• Introduce malware, bots, or unauthorized automation to access or disrupt Services
• Use AI outputs for surveillance, facial recognition, or biometric profiling without explicit consent
• Build or distribute competitive AI systems using Hadero AI’s infrastructure without written approval

4. Customer Responsibility

If you deploy Hadero AI technology within your own infrastructure, you are solely responsible for:

• Securing the environment in which it operates
• Controlling access and user permissions
• Monitoring how data is processed and retained
• Ensuring that your use of AI complies with privacy, labor and consumer protection laws

Hadero AI does not access or monitor on-premises systems and relies on customers to enforce proper data governance and compliance within their infrastructure.

5. System Integrity and Security

You must not interfere with, overload, or degrade the performance of Hadero AI systems.
This includes:

• Excessive API calls or unauthorized automation
• Network probing, scanning, or testing without permission
• Tampering with security tokens, encryption, or access layers

Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. AI Transparency and Ethical Use

Hadero AI supports the ethical use of artificial intelligence.
All users must ensure that AI-driven insights are:

• Used fairly and without discrimination
• Interpreted by humans before being applied to critical decisions
• Not used for unlawful monitoring, social scoring, or privacy intrusion

We encourage organizations to maintain human oversight over all AI-assisted workflows.

7. Enforcement and Termination

Hadero AI reserves the right to:

• Investigate any suspected violation of this Policy
• Suspend or terminate access to Services if violations are confirmed
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities

Repeated or severe misuse may result in permanent termination of account access and service privileges.
